Snowshoeing

Yesterday, I hiked to Butt's Pond with Eric Button on snowshoes. It was really cold, about -13 with a windchill about -20. It was fairly good going to Eric's cabin, where we had lunch. Got the woodstove going and a kerosene heater. In about 30 minutes the place was getting comfortable, so Eric put the kettle on and we had tea, along with smoked kipper on Barb's homemade bread. The hike was about 45 minutes each way and giving us a good snowshoeing adventure. Pictures coming later
